Innovations at NaMLab contribute to successes in wireless and mobile electronics.
Mobility is a key enabler for today´s networked society. Mobility includes both physical mobility and virtual mobility using modern means of communication. In the reconfigurable device area, NaMLab contributes to core technologies for modern communication systems. Both non-volatility and reconfigurability are key focus areas, but also contributions to the reliability of high frequency devices are an important element of the intense research activities at NaMLab. Moreover, NaMLab makes advances in energy efficient devices with GaN power devices and Li-ion batteries, where the potential of Si-nanowire anodes are investigated as important ingredients for electric vehicles.
